I saw this bird in North California. Is that an American Pipit?

CLOSED: Looks like an American Pipit?
Not a pipit, they are open grassland birds.
A bit small a pic to be certain, but I'd say a female Bullock's Oriole - note the greeny-yellow tone on the rump, tail and head, and the greyer toned back and wings with narrow whitish wingbars.

Yeah... I believe it's probably a female Bullock's Oriole. Female orioles really look similar.
