I'm trying to identify this clematis for my neighbor. Anyone know what it is? I think, but am not sure, that the flowers grow on new stalks that grew this spring. (She doesn't prune, nor know when to since she doesn't know what type it is). I also think (though am not sure) that it blooms twice a year. Here in zone 6a, it's been in bloom for almost a week.

A better photo would help, Shayna. I won't even guess at it.
After it's done blooming this time around your neighbor should cut it back by half. It's a class/type 2.
