It's called Where's George? If you get money with "www.wheresgeorge.com" stamped on it, you can register the serial number and see where your money has been. Here's the website: http://www.wheresgeorge.com
and it's pretty interesting, with a lot of factoids and statistics. I haven't gotten one of these bills yet, but I hope I do one of these days!
