I hope someone has this recipe for the cook book.....
I have never made it, but eaten it at pot luck affairs and I always enjoy this tasty salad - it has the peas, cheese, lettuce, bacon and a couple of other things, topped with mayonaise.

I am looking forward to seeing it in the cook book
