This is a photo I took in Grand Canyon last August. Sadly I can only get a shape of it. I hope there are not many species in Grand Canyon with this shape.

It looks to me like a Raven - Corvus corax. They are common around the Grand Canyon. I took this photograph on the edge of the Grand Canyon on a visit in July 1998,
