This bird flies around my yard daily. It is beautiful! S/he has a black beak, black legs & talons.

I am thinking it is a Red-shouldered Hawk. The white bands seem a little wider than the pictures I've been looking at, so wait for another to give you a definite ID. That is a beautiful picture.
