Okay, here we go. I grew up in NYC, spent childhood summers visiting relatives in Texas, moved to Santa Monica 20+ years ago. Back then my grandmother said it was like a small town. Certainly wasn't 'Beverly Hills By The Sea' unless you went north of Montana. Which was a fun trip, tho I liked to come back to my laid-back lair.
