Issue with goat milk soap candles

I'm new at this. My daughter and I tried to make goat milk candles. We had an epic failure when the milk separated from the wax in the containers. Does anyone have any idea what I did wrong?

Oops I can't change the title, but it should have said goat milk candle, not soap :-)
