It always looks a little yellow. It's been in a west window but it's been cloudy and the sun isn't strong here. Could it want less light? I don't fertilize frequently (every month or two). Could it want more fertilizer?

I'm wondering if it might be a bit too wet. Is that potting mix really fast draining?. My lauterbachii isn't doing much at all, but the leaves are a reasonably healthy green. Mine doesn't really get fertilised. Sometimes once every 3 or 4 months if I have some left over from doing some of the orchids. Guess I should try a bit harder and it might respond.
