Looking for a few rooted pieces of Hardy Plumbago - Ceratostigma plumbaginoides.

I have Emily Mackenzie Crosomia, Tiny Todd Dwarf Lilies, lots of colors of irises in all sizes, reblooming and spring blooming, named daylilies. Or I can look at your Wish List.
