CLOSED: Offering for trade
Will the ferns be shipped with their entire fronds intact?
How what about their large roots?
Whatever you like. I have these in pots and will be transplanting into the ground. Now is a good time to separate them.
If you have any suggestions about how to do it, please let me know.
I'd like to trade an "endless summer" hydrangea for one of your Crape Myrtles, Mila. Or, I could send you a bunch of Hellebores instead.
Let me know, please.
Teri
Great! I sent you a D-mail Teri.

Do you have USPS Game Boxes? If so, will the ferns fit inside?
To ship large ferns: I would take the entire crown (roots and all), wrap in wet paper toweling or wet newspaper and place it inside a plastic bag. Taped tight. Then wrap the fronds carefully in paper toweling to protect them during shipment.
Let me know.
Thanks.
Babette
I separated the ferns and they came apart nicely. A small clump with fronds will fit into a small box. A bigger clump will fit into a large flat rate box.
I can take a photo of the clump tomorrow in the daylight, so you can see what you're getting.
Thank-you!
Is this plants for postage?
Or a trade?
A trade please. Any easy to grow full shade plant.
We have lots available
Can hardly wait to see the photos.
If available - the largest crowns with fronds still attached.
thank-you!
Ferns look great.
It is very important to keep the roots moist...
I can ship a variety of plants in a Medium Tall USPS Flat rate box. This box can hold more plants than a Large flat rate.
Each plant will be wrapped in paper toweling to protect its growth. And the roots will be well established.
Will most likely ship on Monday so the plants will not be in the post office over the weekend.
How does that sound?
Ok, great, let's exchange addresses in a PM.
You have D-mail :-)
