I am trying to find a vendor in the US to purchase an Uncle Walter Rose. I only find UK vendors. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Welcome to Dave's Garden! I did a Google search for you, and the only one I saw is sold out. The name of the place is Vintage Gardens. If I see anyone else, I'll let you know.
