That is not a Hawk Moth, it is a Silk Moth in the family Saturnidae. It is in the genus Hyalophora, possibly the Columbia Silk Moth - Hyalophora columbia:

Yes they do, but it is hard to tell from your picture. Both sexes have pectinate antennae, but the males are more strongly pectinate. This is a female:
