I have a full flat of lavender vera , they have begun to get their first true leaves. I live In Northeast Ohio on Lake Erie. Will they flower this year, and will they survive our winters. Any advice on growing this plant would be appreciated. This is my first time on growing it.

Ummmm. I have zilch for luck with lavender. Apparently there are 2typws at least of lavender vera- lavandula augustifolia is hardy to zone 5a, but the other type only shows zone 6, forgive spelling, my eyesight needs better glasses tonight.
