What a pleasant surprise!

message to me--thank you for the greeting!

Yes, it was a good day! I'm 82; my dear friend, caregiver, household
& garden helper, Mary, treated me to lunch at Red Lobster, where my
meal of shrimp & chips, small dinner salad, and a mojito--a most
refreshing drink, was all done perfectly. Afterwards we went thrift-
shopping--I found some movie DVD's, including one of The Sound of
Music, a 2-disk set; she found a pretty blouse. I received greetings from
my daughters, and from a friend since 1948, whose 82nd birthday is
today, phoned, and we talked for over an hour--just like teenagers!
