Help me ID yellow wildflower? #1

(Becky), Lipan, TX(Zone 7b)

Every year I find new natives blooming I've never seen before. This one was growing in a ditch in Palo Pinto county, zone 7b. Pics are of 2 plants at different bloom phases. At first I thought this might be four-nerve daisy, but it doesn't look quite right to me. Any help would be much appreciated :)

Also found this one blooming all over my property and was wondering if anyone knows what it is? Very thick gauze like covering on foliage, flowers in a cluster at top. Also Palo Pinto county, zone 7b.

My pictures of the second flower didn't load. Here they are. NOID #2

Stephanie, thank you for confirming! I was hoping it was, as I have almost bought a pot of four nerve daisy a few times and always put it back for something more showy. Well now I can have my cake and eat it too. Lol thanks a bunch, still hoping to ID the other one yet.

Yes to #1, I can't tell what #2 is.

Magnolia, TX(Zone 9a)

I have several of the #2 on my laptop to id as well. Mine got close to 2-3' hi and have a fuzzy leaf, light green, with a really deep gold yellow flowerets that will form a , uh, missing a word, bouquet style head of flowers.
