These little guys started appearing after the weather started getting warm again here in Gilbert, Arizona 85297.
They seem to not care too much about the bug lamps we put up. We do not know what they are so that we can start getting rid of them.

Look like fungus gnats in the family Sciaridae - basically nuisance pests, but their larvae may damage roots and lower stems of very tender plants. Larvae usually found in very wet/water-logged soil, including house plants.
