Some individual plant shots at the Wild Ones in August of 2013 in central Wisconsin. The first two show the Cup-Plant, Silphium perfoliatum in yellow bloom, then a Prairie or Tall Blazingstar of Liatris pycnostachya in purple bloom, then some Hoary Vervain with small blue-purple flowers, then some yellow blooming Drooping Coneflower of Ratibida pinnata.

You just settled my internal debate over where to plant my Cup Plant - I need to give it lots of room to grow! Well, it's a beautiful day outside (relatively speaking), so time to start planting.
Cool! I'll get back to posting some more stuff. I'll see about slopes, it will take awhile.
That's okay; I'm getting the slope figured out. I look forward to seeing more photos, though!
