well its that time of year..year.. yea !!
it looks like i will have 11 konjac bloom this year..:)
varying sized corms.. i did restrain myself last fall and didnt
buy any konjac.. lol..i did get some species,and tropicals though..
heres a few pics of some konjac that are comming alive now..
probably 3 weeks away from blooming..

Nice! None of mine yet. I have 3 feet of snow around here! More coming. SO sick of winter...
cville.. ones in pics are probably 3 yrs old.. i have 2 other konjac..yr older a bit older..
and they are slowly pushing up flower spike..but not that progressed..
tommy..i wondered if u were getting pounded with winter snow.. guess means good
summer..as long as it doesnt melt to fast..?? do u get flooding there?? hope not..
weve had some nice "slightly warmer" weather last couple days.. suppose to be in
mid/high 50s F beginning this week.. yea !!!
i have lettuce, radicchio started.. all inside..but if stays 40s days..low 30s nites i will
plant out lettuce..under cold frame..
ive been putting together my potting mix ,fertilizers,checking my grow lights..(did add some
new HO T5 fixtures)..
im ready for spring/summer !!!! :)
Well, one of my 8" Konjacs have been stinking me out the past 3 days!

only one konjac now in bloom..rest are wilted..
then into pots.. still probably 3+ weeks from that..
ive got all my ingredients for potting mix..
probably will get a few more bags of bark..then im ready
for growing season..:)
i have a couple of my "tropicals" just coming out of dormancy now
now .. 1 hewettii.. 3 titanums..
should be a full forest this summer ..LOL
konjac blooms done now.. whew..LOL not really :)
few flower spikes need cutting back now too..
then..its off to the races .. i think i have all the large
pots i need for the larger corms.. mmm. i think.. lol
