I was looking at the calendar and suddenly realized that we need to start planning our spring RU. As always spring is a very hectic time and checking my calendar, I noticed that I only have two weekends in March and two weekends in April available. March 8 or 9, 15 or 16 are the weekends in March and most likely are too soon for most, and the two weekends in April are the 5 or 6, 12 or 13.
My preference is April 5 or 6 but I am looking for a consensus. Anyone have any ideas?

Todd and I will be in Austin the first week end in April for the Lonestar round up. It is a huge hot rod show. And two weeks later, I am going to try and fly home to see my Dad.So I will not be able to make it this spring. :(
Hi guys! I'm up for April-any date that isn't around Easter. I'm not sure when it is this year. I can try starting some seeds & see what I come up with. I've enjoyed reading the other thread catching up with everyone. Um, hey, stop falling!! And Marty, I had a similar experience with a busted water heater in an attic. Of course, Mark was out of town... Hope to see you all in April💓Janet
I'm up for pretty much any date. Just not sure what all survived this freeze. I know I lost my peacock amaryllis I got from Joy..and my desert rose think my crown of thorns is toast too :(
Will have to try and get some starts going from some I saved in the garage.
I am open March 15 or 16 and April 5 or 6
David may not be there as he works weekends Fri and sat 8pm-8am but I am coming :)
I vote for April 5 but could we start no earlier than Noon? It's hard for me to get there before noon.
I can start anytime, I don't have to drive. I expect the weather should be reasonable to start most anytime.
I'm with you, Marty. I don't do mornings well.
I am sure if anyone arrives early we can pitch in and help Joy get things set up.
We have a bird house swap open, if anyone is interested.

Joy, what is that AMAZING magenta bloom
you have as your icon ???
That is my Maggie antique rose. She is a prolific, very smelly bloomer that just won't stop producing big fist sized blooms all year long while receiving no fertilizer or watering.

That is a beautiful rose.
I have alot of cuttings to root now and volunteer plants as well as starting some seeds. I like to bring well started plants to the RU that have been potted for at least a month to 6 weeks. To that end, I may be asking on here if anyone wants the things Im pruning. I have started some roses and today I wondered if anyone would want goldenrod plants, about 6 inches tall. Im potting up a few just in case.
