5 Picture I took last October of a Hawk in the exact same tree - possibly same hawk
I did NOT get a good look at its back as it flew away. If there was a red tail, I didn't see it
I'd go with Red-tailed Hawk, a fairly pale individual.

Thanks. Red-tailed is the most likely hawk that size this time of year -and I didn't get a good look at the tail when it flew away.
