I wonder if this is S tuberosum? It looks orange and has much longer lancet shaped leaves.

Hello,
Yes, I am sure that this is Symphytum tuberosum. I harvested some rhizomes in the highlands (in the lower part) of southern Poland and now I have this plant in my garden.
Only wither flowers are orange. S. tuberosum should to have narrow leaves. I doubt whether on the other images (not my) is this plant. Maybe this is other subspecies. In Poland grows such plant of S. tuberosum as on my photo.
Look at the picture of this plant from Atlas of Rothmaler (Rothmaler W. Exkursionsflora von Deutschland, t. 3. Gefäßpflanzen: Atlasband):

thank you for your information! Then I guess mine is not Tuberosum, but some other Symphytum. Do you have any ideas?
The leaves on mine are wider and rougher. They are very hairy and scratchy.
