it is a Thrush but not certain of which one with details shown. I'll guess at Hermit because it doesn't appear to have gray cheek of Wood Thrush. Another possibility is Swainson's Thrush. Brown head and Rusty tail would confirm Hermit

Ditto to Hermit Thrush - particularly so if the pics were taken this month, as the confusion species are all in South America at this time of year.
