CLOSED: Is this a partial albino dove?

Houston, TX

This dove has one pure white feather, I am wondering if it would be considered a partial albino?

It would be more precise to say it's pied.

(Zone 5a)

It is called leucism. Sometimes it is just a feather or two and other times the bird is nearly white, with non-albino characteristics.

I hope that bird is ok to allow you to handle it.

Also leucism does not affect the eyes like albinism. Fairly common in birds - do a google image search "birds leucistic" - but it does complicate ID!

I'm sure the bird is just fine, now. It doesn't take them long to get used to angel wings -- not that different from the earthly ones.
