CLOSED: Can you identify this bird for me?

They travel in flocks and make almost as much noise as Grackles but they don't look like the Grackles we normally have here in Memphis this time of year. I appreciate your help.

That light colored eye looks like either Brewer's or Rusty Blackbird to me. Rusty is more likely in Memphis, but ??? I don't know. Look forward to seeing what the experts call this one.

Rusty Blackbird - note the way the tail is slightly fan-shaped at the tip.
