Check with some of the online retailers and the international database of begonias. Definitely some kind of superba cane begonia but for now it is anyone's guess I don't think it is Sophie Cecile but something similar. Try Kartuz nursery and look at some of their cane pictures. Houston branch of the ABS has lots of cane pictures too that might help.

You can also join the Yahoo Begonia Group and post the picture there. There are several hybridizers that may know or may even have created this particular cane.
