The Science of Cookies

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Alton Brown's "Good Eats" on FoodTV is one of the funniest, most innovative cooking shows around. He has a background in We are addicted to this guy. He had an episode which discussed the science behind chocolate chip cookies - why some recipes are flat and crisp, others are puffy and some are chewy. Really cool stuff! Here are the links - I know you'll enjoy them!
