I recently changed a playset into a small greenhouse. I have put a Brug that a friend gave me and it was started from another brug. The greehouse has windows and it gets fairly warm in there during the day. but it got down to 45 degrees last night but in about an hour it got back up to 75 degrees. I still have to do some caulking so I thinnk it will stay warmer in there. Should I just leave the brug in the greenhouse and what should I do for it. do I keep wattering it like it was outside.

Very nice super job! Here in Fla. these work well if you don't have a whole lot of plants. I have started putting mine up for winter. Have way too many to wait till last minute. Harbor Freight has these for 100 bucks. Possible if you wrapped it in a couple heavy blankets to insulate it to keep the heat in a couple 5 gallon buckets will get warmed up during the day and release the warm later when it cools off every little bit helps
My son gave me a small heater today to use tonight. We had a very warm day today and it was in the 70's but the greenhouse got up to 80 degrees so had to open a window to let it cool down. Temperture is droping now but it is around 65 in there now. Will wait a little later and turn the heater on low for the cold weather coming our way tonight and tomorrow.

I think that was a great idea! Why through it out when you can make something useful of it! Very nice.

Well a little disappointed we had the temp to drop down in the teens and it got down in the 40's in the little green house brug leaves were drooping. Thought I had lost it but the temp got back up during the day and it perked back brought it back into the house until I get the temp regulated out there.

I just bought this styrofoam insulation sheet that is two inches thick and eight feet long for some hypertufa projects that you may be able to cut into smaller sections, place them along the bottom in the insides like removable panels. That would keep the heat in at night. I'm thinking it could work. Then they are easy to take out when not being used. This styrofoam can even be nailed to itself, it is that solid.
I love your greenhouse , it looks like a lantern when lit up.
My son has some of that in his shed. I saw it the other day. I will get some of it and try it.
thanks
Sami
