I want to plant the sloped perimeter of my corner lot with white clover. Right now it is bermuda grass with
johnson grass popping up in a few spots. But the soil is light and sandy loam and just beautiful and if I dig
that bermuda grass out it will end up in the next county. I already have white clover seed (and crimson, and red too, bought by the pound and carefully refrigerated. Is there a good turf blanket that will allow rain and light through for germination but will not let the wind steal the dirt?
the grade heads toward the street, I have considered leaving a bermuda perimeter of about 2 feet to catch runoff dirt but that still won't deal with the wind.
protecting soil from erosion in fall
The stuff they use for veggies- organdy? or even a layer of burlap?
