Yellow Brugmansia

Atlanta, GA(Zone 7b)

I have not had much luck growing brugmansias until just recently... I planted a cutting from mine next to a friend's patio. A water pipe under the patio had a slow leak all summer - the brugmansia slurped up all the excess water and did great! The blooms smell so good in the evening..

She looks like a loved plant. Very nice. Does she have a name or is she a noid?

It's not a named hybrid, when I bought the original plant, it was simply listed as a yellow angel's trumpet.

Looks like it is tall, I really like the height these can reach . Beautiful color.

The best way I can describe the fragrance is spicy mixed with sweet and citrus. Yes, it is very tall this year - as you can see it reaches the bottom part of the second floor! The individual trumpets are huge.
