Green tomato salsa. I sure miss the fresh, ripe, red ones in my salad, but this is a good way to use up all the rest that didn't quite make it.

O wow, Maury! Even my cherry tomatoes are hanging on the vine unripened so ... lookz as if I'll have to research green-tomato salsa.

I'm with you s'kid. Relish or salsa...I can't imagine trying to slice and fry the cherries.
