CLOSED: Help identify this spider

I live in West Michigan and came across this unusual looking spider today in my office.
No one in the office has ever seen a spider like this. It's reddish in color.Can anyone help? Thanks!!

Female Orb Weaver. Very pretty and it's harmless. Was it relocated?
