Seed Storage

I just got my seeds from le bon jardinier. How do I store them? I don't want to plant them until after Christmas. Should they go in the fridge?

I store my seeds in plastic bags after drying them. Of course, sealed envelopes would be better or perhaps glass jars even better still. Place in cupboard away from mice of course as mice do love to come in during the winter for some nice seeds.
