Could someone this Costus for me please

A healthy plant will grow to about 12ft. Mine is still maturing.
The top has this great green rosette with the white flowers.
This is truly a giant.

Been searching the internet and came across Costus Leucanthus. Could it be?

Costus leucanthus looks as close as any I can find so far.

Hope the plant does well for you! I have never seen this Costus till your photo. Please show more.

At the moment I have just one and its in a pot. Nervous about moving it out into the ground but might do that this week. Would like to propogate but its a small base root. Will it air layer from the nodes up the stem. Let me know if you want to see it first hand.
