1 Green cabbage
1 green bell pepper or red if you choose
1 onion or even better...4 green onions
1 tomato
2 jalapenos...optional
2 sweet banana pepper
any kind of pepper of choice
white vinegar
Trappy's Bull hot sauce
salt
pepper
Cut cabbage into fourth's...you may only need a fourth or two or more...according to servings
Chip cabbage with a knife (very small) This does take some time but worth it! Do not use a blender or food processor because it will be watery..
Cut up peppers and onion, tomato, finely
Add white vinegar too almost cover cabbage but not quite cover, then add Bull Hot Sauce to taste, a little is mild and more is hotter...
Salt and pepper to taste...
This slaw will keep for a few days in a tight fittings jar and will get even hotter.
This hot slaw is good on beans or hot dogs and with Bar-b-que or hot wings for added burst of flavor or you might find something you like it with!
