Hi. Has anyone ever heard of or ordered from TOPlants.com? They have some hoyas that are hard to find but they are located in Thailand. Was trying to find reviews about them but nohing on DG or anywhere else.

I had never heard of this company until seeing your post. I went to the site, and it does look tempting. :-)
I liked the fact that they use PayPal. It does give you some purchase protection. That in itself would make me feel a bit more comfortable.
If you do decide to try them, I hope you'll come back and report on your transaction.
Hi. I did some more digging and there was an old thread about them here. Their full name is Thai Ornamental Plants. The review was good so I went ahead and ordered two hoyas (kalimantan and merilli red leaf).
I will report back on my experience.

Geez, I'm getting old, only half a year. I know top Tropicals but not top plants. I only order from toptropicals when I really want something as the shipping is more than the plants. Did you find anything out about top plants? Going to scope it out
