I think this is a cloudless suphur (Phoebis sennae) larva, feeding on Senna corymbosa. The caterpillar is about 1.5" long. Is this correct or is it a different species?

Appears to be correct - this is a highly variable species. Some cats of the orange barred sulphur (Phoebis philea) can be similar in appearance - http://www.flickr.com/photos/richardwc/8057279308/
