CLOSED: what kind of spider this is and is it poisonous?

I see these guys every season. They have a beautiful underside design and striped legs but would like to know what kind and if its poisonous in case I ever get bit.

This is an orb weaving spider, likely in the genus Araneus. Although technically venomous, all orb weavers are harmless to humans. See the 'sticky' on spider bites at the top of this forum.
