Aftermath of Sandy in the garden

I'd love to hear from others affected by Sandy: how is your garden doing now? Have you had a soil test? Besides compost and watering, have you done other things?
In my garden, some things died, some things like sedums and daylilies are fine, and other things are stunted or discolored--wisteria, clematis.
