This appears to be Buprestis aurulenta, a metallic wood-boring beetle known as the golden buprestid. It is famous for having one of the longest lived larvae of any insect, reportedly up to 40 years in some instances. As they may be found in green lumber, some homeowners are surprised by finding these beetles emerging indoors years after the home was built.
