Rain in August!!!!
I got 1/2" last Tuesday. But am surely enjoying these lower temps.

We got 1" last week. Yippee!
Ive had rain 6 times in August for a cumulative total of 3.48". So good.
Sheep and cattle are very fat from eating the grass that we got from early summer rains but it is totally dry and quite the fire hazard. I have been trying to keep up with watering but I might lose one of my bottlebrush trees. Walked to the back yard today and over half the leaves are toasted. Haven't had any rain in quite a while.
