Old fashioned pigs in a blanket pancakes

Ok, I have about 300 cookbooks and can't find a recipe for pigs in a blanket pancakes.
I know my Grandma used to make them for us when we were kids. Sausage links rolled in pancakes. however I can't seem to get the pancakes to stay sealed around the sausages. Seems that the recipes that are avaiable are for hotdogs in biscuits, not what I want.
Any help would be appreciated.
