The list doesn't seem complete, at least for Iowa I see a couple missing. If there is not a wildlife rehabber for your area, contact your state's Audubon society, DNR, or any conservation program and they will point you in the right direction.
I think it is great when anyone wants to take care of an abandoned baby bird, possibly feeding it the correct foods, but those birds can be imprinted on humans, thus cannot be released back into the wild. So it is important to get these birds to the right people.
