Help with studio please !

Let me start by saying that pottery/clay/ceramics is not my cup of tea. I know nothing about it, and dont really want to learn any more than I have to. The thing is, my lovely wife does ! When we first got together (about16 years ago) she did some sculpting and pottery work from time to time and she loved it. She, still to this day, talks about how much she enjoyed doing this. Unfortunately, after having children, moving, and a couple other problems, she has not done any work with clay for quite some time.

I have saved up quite a bit of money and I am in the position now to where I can afford to get her started back into it and I want to build her, her own studio. I want to surprise her with this too so I cant exactly ask her what all is needed as far as the building goes. That is where you all will come in. How big of a building will I need ? How many seperate "rooms"? (10x10, 10x20 with 2 rooms?) It will be insulated, heated and cooled, and will have full electricity, water, and sewage run to this out building also.
