CLOSED: Warbler in New York State

ChirpChirp Wappingers Falls, NY Jul 04, 2013

I saw this Warbler in a State Park in Southern New York today, but I can't seem to positively identify it. I've attached a couple of pictures, unfortunately it was very high up in the tree so they're not the best shots.

I believe that is a Blackburniam Warble
