CLOSED: CLOSED: Have Minneola Tangelo Tree - Want Other Citrus

I have a Minneola Tangelo tree that is about 4-5 feet tall. I have had it about a year and it just hasn't done much since I got it. I am thinking he would do much better in a warmer climate where it can be planted in the ground, instead of my container growing. I am looking for other citrus trees or bushes, primarily lemons or limes. I can send a picture if interested. Serious inquiries only please, I have read about trading horror stories on here and I really don't want to get the shaft on this deal since I paid a good bit of money for this tree.

Also, I know that there are regulations about which states cannot receive out-of-state citrus, I'm not even sure if I can make this trade with anyone in those states (California, Florida, etc), or anyone period. I am totally new to this, have never traded before, only donated some non-citrus plants to a school program. Any help is appreciated. :)
