Just wondering if anybody else got rain last night. Usually I wake up but not this time. Lol I just watered too, since there was no chance of rain. But it must have rained a lot bc the ground is squishy.
Rain
We picked up over an inch of rain Monday morning. It started just before I walked out the door to go to work, of course! Then overnight, we picked up almost 1/4" more.
I don't know how much we got but it poured Monday morning and I had a lot of water in some containers. I actually need some drying out time in my yard...just not too long a drying out time!
It rained here this morning, evidently it was very early and I slept thru it. I wish I'd sowed seeds last night instead of laying out soaker hoses. Lol It must have rained really hard bc the kid'd pool , that is in the back of my truck has water in it and it's in a carport. Also have bags of potting soil that are now wet,not sure what to do with them, since we are leaving next Monday. Guess I'll have to get planting before it gets moldy.
I back my truck in when there is a chance of rain but there wasn't even a whisper of it. I luv the rain and so do the weeds!
