I'm not sure which it is but it's sure beautiful.

Shirley,
Have all the flowers looked like this one?....Does it ever have more then one skirt showing when hanging down? If the answers are yes then no I would venture to say it is a Candida Double White but I have never seen a Knightii in person or should I say in flower. :0)

Brugcrazy...maybe you can answer this question?

Gloria,

If you look at the other picture I posted, that is the way all the blooms look. Don't really know they are double unless you look. I don't really care what it is, I just like it and it smells great.

Shirley,
It looks like my Double White....and it does smell very nice.

How long has Knightii been on the market? That might answer the question quickly. I've had this one for three years.

S.

I don't know..maybe Brugcrazy can answer that one.

I have this one - candida - Double White. Went a little bizarro at the beginning of the season but settled down to being a double white. I also have one of brugcrazy's knightiis - Think this is double white. Look at the velvet leaves.

Liz...is the leaves on the Knightii not as downey?

Liz,

I just visited NH and looked at their Knightii and they say that pubescent leaves are a characteristic of Knightii. This is why I'm so confused as to what I have. I don't really care, but how lucky would I be if it were Knightii?

Glory the best I can describe the leaves is that the candida Double White is like a velveteen while the Knightii is like a velvet. Does that make any sense to anyone but me?

Liz,
I understand.
