Looking for citrus trees or seeds

Clemmons, NC(Zone 7b)

I am looking to add to my citrus plant collection. I wanted to reach out to my fellow DG friends before buying seeds online from unknown sources. I have veggie seeds many types, palm seeds many types & some banana seeds (have not had much success germinating them though) they are all rare varieties.

If you have seedlings or trees small enough to ship I can buy if priced right or trade some banana pups for them.

Thanks for read & hopefully some help,
Bill

Still looking.

Bdollar, If your citrus is healthy you need to be very careful about bringing in new plants/seeds. Google "Greening". It's a new disease that is devastating Fl. citrus with no cure in sight and has already been found in Texas and Ca. Why it hasn't received more media attention, or why the USDA hasn't placed a quarantine on selling or shipping citrus I don't understand unless it was just too widespread before they realized what it was. It can lie dormant for up to 5 years so you can't even trust a plant that looks healthy. You're far enough from the infected areas that you may not get it if you don't already have it. Good luck.

I had no idea but was aware some states had a ban on any citrus being shipped to them. Was not aware there was anything keeping them from being shipped out or any disease going on. I only have a couple plants I purchased a long time ago so I know they are safe but wanted to add some variety especially limes.
