I should say I don't have many plants listed on my trading list. I have lots of plants to trade!!!

Just saw your posting. I have extra blue and yellow (false indigo) baptisia. Large mature clumps to send. What do you have to trade? Looking for trumpet lilies/native lillies if you have any.

Hi Bill
I don't have any trumpet lillies. I have cream colored day lilies and yellow Asiatic lillies but that's all. You can look at my trade list. If you are interested in anything else just let me know and I'll let you know if I have it. Would love to work out a trade but I want it to work out for you.

I guess Asiatic lilies ARE Trumpet Iilies. So I do have them. Only yellow ones as you see in the pictures.

Rteets, Just to let you know, it is very, very difficult to transplant Baptisias. Your best bet would really be to get a container grown plant from a nursery or start one of the non-cultivars from seed. If you were going to try bareroot baptisias, I would really wait until whoever is trading with you has dormant plants because they have brittle spidery roots and a taproot, and they will just shrivel up if the roots are damaged in the slightest way while they are actively growing.

Thank you so much for telling me that. I will probably get some container grown ones then. Again, thank you.

Hi! I have a blue flowered baptisia that has set a lot of seed pods. If you like, I can mail you some seed when they are ripe (in a couple weeks or so?). I live in PA too.

Annie
I would be happy to give it a go from seed if you would be so kind. You can look at my list and see if I can give you anything in return.
